Order Changes & Cancellations

To request an address correction, item change, or cancellation, email service@orveldno.com as soon as possible with the order number.

We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after processing or carrier handoff. If a change is no longer possible, the Returns & Refunds Policy may apply after delivery.

If Orveldno cancels an order because fulfillment is unavailable or payment cannot be verified, captured payment for the cancelled portion will be refunded to the original payment method.
