Returns & Refunds Policy

To request a return, email service@orveldno.com within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, reason for return, and clear photos if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Condition

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, it should be unused, clean, complete, and returned with original packaging and parts. Items containing soil, plant matter, chemicals, or avoidable damage may not qualify.

Authorization and refunds

Wait for return instructions before sending a parcel. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing times vary. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
