Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of orveldno.com and purchases from Orveldno. By using the store, you agree to provide accurate information and use the website lawfully.

Products and orders

We aim to present accurate descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability. Colors can vary by screen, and reasonable production variation may occur. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel orders where necessary.

Gardening outcomes

Plant health, germination, propagation, and growth depend on biological and environmental conditions outside our control. Product images demonstrate appearance and possible use but do not guarantee a specific growing result.

Acceptable use and liability

You may not disrupt the store, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious material, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be excluded; to the extent permitted by law, Orveldno is not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse, unsuitable mounting, overloading, or unauthorized alteration.
